Gray Willow Beer
Having worked side by side with our original brewmaster mentors for more than a year, Joe & Lisa Salvino and Paul Buchanan have quickly become the heart and soul of Gray Willow’s brewing operation. Their passion for the process and the product shines through in each of our taps. Our family team of brewmasters are now proudly presenting 10 original brews on tap, with several more in the pipeline, including a much anticipated and requested “light” beer.

The first original Gray Willow brew, its namesake inspired by the Salvino and Konopka adventure into partnership. Smooth west coast style IPA with a bold hoppy aroma and a beautiful amber color. 6.00 (10oz) / 8.00 (16oz)
Brennan's school house red ale - ABV 5.5 / IBU 33.7
Rich and robust malt with a slight caramel flavor and beautiful amber color. 6.00 / 8.00
Willow light- ABV 4.3 IBU 15.4
American light lager with light crisp flavor, mild hop bitterness; highly carbonated with less calories, lower carbs, and lower alcohol content. 6.00 / 8.00

Light bodied with a clean crisp and refreshing taste 6.00 / 8.00
golden sombrero mexican lager - ABV 5.0 IBU 16.1
A clean high clarity that is light in body with a slight sweetness that is balanced by just enough hoppy bitterness. 6.00 / 8.00
Blurred Lines - ABV 5.1 / IBU 22.2
Kolsh style that blurs the lines between ales and lagers, exhibiting the best characteristics of both. Top ferments with ale yeast then finished cold like a lager. 6.00 / 8.00
Slow burn hazy - ABV 6.6 / IBU 68.5
Hazy IPA with a deep, delicate hop flavor and aroma. Dry hopped with El Dorado, Citra, Idhao 7, and Nelson Sauvin hops. 6.00 / 8.00
